We Also know from time to time you may just want to order a Hat and Scarf or a small Item.For this we have introduced Standard Shipping through An Post. Please be aware with this Service you will not be able to track and trace your package and it will take longer to deliver.

All orders are delivered through our delivery service DHL worldwide Express. Your order will have its own dedicated tracking ID number which will be sent to you via e-mail once you order has been processed and packaged by us. You can use this tracking ID number to follow your order from our door to yours.
ARANS OF IRELAND'S RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns as long as all products are in original packaging and all tags are attached within 90 days of receipt.
If 90 days or more have passed we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return we will refund your purchase price and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular price items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable
Please note because of hygiene reasons earrings are non refundable. All jewelry must be in original packaging and unworn. If returning jewelry we would advise to use postal insurance for your items.

In the event your products have been damaged or have a defect please call or e-mail us as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange. Products with a defect must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt.
Please be advised refunds may take 5 to 10 days to process after we have received your returned item. Depending on your credit card institution.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or the invoice.
Shipping charges for your returns are your responsibility.
